1 Jan 1896, Benjamin Booth (23), a minder of 18 Laton Street married Ann Ellen Tomlinson of Park Street. John Booth and Mary Ellen Barnes were witness.
In 1902, living at 57 Viking Street, Great Leaver.
Benjamin and Ann Ellen Booth (nee Tomlinson) had been married 15 years in 1911. They had 2 children, Ethel (14), and Benjamin Jnr (8). They had no other children. Benjamin was sucessful as a Head Spinning Master (cotton works) and was able to have a servant girl Elizabeth Smethurst (17) doing housework. They lived at 286A Crescent Road, Bolton.
