Blance was born on April 17th, 1916 in Millard.¹ Blance's father was Edward Bennett and her mother was Martha Estella Ashby. Her paternal grandparents were Edward Bennett and Elizabeth Jane Wood. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Fred, Robert, Martha and Lula. She was the third oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 67 on March 4th, 1984 in Utah (UT).¹
