Elizabeth was born in September 1820 in Bolton and her baptism took place on October 1st, 1820 at St. Mary (Deane).1  Elizabeth's father was James Wallwork and her mother was Sarah Allen.  Her maternal grandparents were Joseph Allen and Sarah Carter.  She was an only child.
