General Notes
In 1861, Elizabeth Allen (7), niece, was living with William and Betty Holt (who had no children of their own). Birth records show the MMN is MATHER or HEYS.
This appears to be the Elizabeth, daughter of John Allen and Alice Mather except their daughter was born at Bradshaw and was with them in 1861. Also, Alice didnt have a sister Sarah. Therefore, Elizabeth must be the daughter of Peter Allen and Alice Heys. They were also both from Harwood (when married in 1851) so this is quite likely.
