Bella Rahman

Bella's father was Gerschn (Grigoriy) Avrum(ovich) Rahman and her mother was Sheindl (Sofia) Moiseevna Lumelskaya. Her paternal grandparents were Avrum Bir Rahman and Hannah Rahman; her maternal grandparents were Moisei Lumelsky and <Unknown>. She was the fifth of nine children. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Evsey, ?, Naum, Ilya, Mark, Sheva, Bluma (Liuba) and Runya (Raya). She died in year 1941.

General Notes
- Bella Rahman was a sister of my great-grandfather Evsey Rahman. She lived in Kiev. In the civil war, she was awarded an order of the Red Banner.
  Together with her daughter Bronislava, Bella perished in 1941 at Babiy Yar (a ravine in the outskirts of Kiev where a massive genocide of Jews took place in September 1941).
