Frederick Stiles Jewett 
Frederick was born on February 26th, 1819 in Simsbury, Hartford County, Connecticut.1 Frederick's father was Frederick William Jewett and his mother was Charlotte Milissa Phelps. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Jewett and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents are Col. Noah C. Phelps and <Unknown>. He had three brothers and a sister, named Noah, George, Henry and Charlotte. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 45 on December 31st, 1864 in Hartford, Connecticut.1 -
