Patrick was born on August 8th, 1962 in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada.1 Patrick's father was Lionel Deschamps and his mother was Carolyn Sancomb. His maternal grandparents were Nelson David Sancomb and Stella Marshall. He had three sisters named Celina, Rosalie and Jacqueline. He had two half-brothers named Rodney and Ronald. Lionel Deschamps adopted Ronald. He died as an infant, SIDS, before August 22nd, 1962 in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada.1 Death Notes
