Julia was born on December 15th, 1872 in Malone, Franklin County, New York.¹

Julia's father is Joseph Barrow and her mother was Julia Bodah. Her maternal grandfather is John Bodah and her maternal grandmother was Victoria Arpin. She had a brother named William. She was the older of the two children. She died at the age of 14 on September 23rd, 1887 in Malone, Franklin County, New York.¹
