Robert, known as Bobby, was born in April 1934 and his baptism took place on May 6th, 1934 in Roggiett, Monmouthshire.1   Bobby's father was Cyril Henry Jarrett and his mother was Lilian May.  His paternal grandparents were William Thomas Jarrett and Francis Elizabeth Waters.  He was an only child.  He died due to a medical problem.
