Ethel Mary Jarrett

Ethel was born on May 26th, 1879 in 4 Arthur Street, Maindee, Christchurch, Newport and her baptism took place on September 7th, 1879 in Chepstow.¹² Ethel's father was William Thomas Jarrett and her mother was Francis Elizabeth Waters. Her paternal grandparents were Jarrett and Smith; her maternal grandparents were William Waters and Susanna. She had three brothers named William, James and Cyril.
