Dirck was born in 1646.

Dirck's father was Ardriaen Dircksz and his mother was Maritgen BROERS . His maternal grandparents were Jan BROERS and <Unknown>. He had a sister named Lysbeth . He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 31 in January 1677 in Alkmaar.¹
