Carolus was born on July 9th, 1875 in Lier. Carolus 's father was BROES , Egidius and his mother was Van Craen , Maria Theresia Francisca . His paternal grandparents were BROES , Joannes Baptista and Roofthooft , Carolina Joanna Wilhelmina .
