Egidius was born on January 28th, 1767 in Boechout. Egidius 's father was BROERS , Joannes Franciscus and his mother was Van Regenmortel , Maria Anna . His paternal grandparents were BROERS , Petrus and Claes , Catharina . He had two brothers and four sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Paulus , Jan , Isabella , Anna , Maria , Anna and BROERS . He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 80 on March 3rd, 1847 in Lier.
