Cornelius   was born on April 15th, 1659 in Duffel.1   His godfather was  Cornelius De Winte  and his godmother was Gummara Broers.  Cornelius  's father was BROERS , Jacobus  and his mother is De Winter , Maria.  His paternal grandparents are BROERS , Lucas  and <Unknown>. He had five brothers named Gummarus  , Joannes  , Gummara , Petrus   and Jacobus  .  He was the youngest of the six children. He had two half-brothers named Gaspar   and Jan  .  He died at the age of 66 on March 20th, 1726 in Duffel.2
