Michael  was born on March 15th, 1590 in Antwerp.1   His godfather was Nicolaes Van Nimmegen and his godmother was  Anna Broers.  Michael 's father was Salomon  BROERS  and his mother was Maeyken (Van) Nimmeghene .  His paternal grandparents were Joannes  BROERS  and Elisabeth Van Haecht . He had two sisters named Maria  and Elisabeth .  He was the youngest of the three children.
