Elisabeth  was born on March 15th, 1590 in Antwerp.1   Her godfather was Jan  and her godmother was Maria .  Elisabeth 's father was Salomon  BROERS  and her mother was Maeyken (Van) Nimmeghene .  Her paternal grandparents were Joannes  BROERS  and Elisabeth Van Haecht . She had a brother and a sister, named Michael  and Maria .  She was the second oldest of the three children.
