Jacobus was born on January 19th, 1733 in St Kat..¹ Jacobus' father was BROERS , Henricus and his mother was Verbert , Maria . His paternal grandparents were BROERS , Melchior and Buts (Boets), Joanna . He had five brothers and four sisters, named Petrus , Jan , Cornelius , Franciscus , Gummarus , Elisabeth, Catharina, Anna and Maria . He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 55 on May 5th, 1788 in St Kat..²
