Gaspar  was born in 1617 in Antwerp.1   Gaspar 's father was Adriaen  BROERS  and his mother was Margriet  Hendrickx .  His paternal grandparents were Michael  Broers  and Martina De Poorter . He had six brothers and four sisters, named Michael , Thomas , Jacobus, Joannes , Adrianus , Martinus , Elisabeth , Anna , Martina  and Anna .  He was the youngest of the eleven children.  He died at the age of 52 on September 21st, 1669 in Amsterdam.1
