Catharina was born on August 26th, 1719 in Mechelen.¹ Her godfather was/is Joannes Torfs and her godmother was/is Catharina Broers. Catharina 's father is BROERS , JOANNES and her mother is Torfs , Anna. Her paternal grandfather was BROERS , Antonius and her paternal grandmother is Van Camp , Joanna. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Petrus , Daniel , Joanna and Elisabeth. She is the second oldest of the five children.
