Jesse Foster was born on September 25th, 1905.  Jesse Foster's father was Isaac Franklin Jr. Jackson and his mother was Rebecca Barnes.  His paternal grandparents were Isaac Franklin Sr. Jackson and Maranda Jane Hall.  He was the youngest of six children.  He had three brothers and two sisters, named Elmer Dan, John T., Eddie L., Rebecca Elizabeth and Mary Jane.  He died at the age of 74 on April 14th, 1980.
