Albert was born in 1905.  Albert's father was Curtis C. Isaacs and his mother was Susan Jane Bicknell.  His maternal grandparents were Tyre Bicknell and Mariam Willis.  He was the youngest of nine children.  He had six brothers and two sisters, named Troy, Walter, Leonard, Wilyus, James E., Wilson, Florence and Claudia.  He died at the age of 90 in 1995.
