Steven Darryl was born on July 12th, 1961.  Steven Darryl's father was John Aaron Elliott and his mother was Kathryn Joanne Farmer.  His paternal grandparents were John Warren Elliott and Mary Beadott Carrigan; his maternal grandparents were Loyal Noel Farmer and Elnora Opal Jackson.  He is the third of five children.  He has four brothers named John Noel, Mark Duane, Brian Keith and Douglas Alan.  He has three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Michael Alphonso, Vincent Bruce, Frank Edward and Leticia.
