Mark Duane was born on May 13th, 1959.  Mark Duane's father was John Aaron Elliott and his mother was Kathryn Joanne Farmer.  His paternal grandparents were John Warren Elliott and Mary Beadott Carrigan; his maternal grandparents were Loyal Noel Farmer and Elnora Opal Jackson.  He is the second of five children.  He has four brothers named John Noel, Steven Darryl, Brian Keith and Douglas Alan.  He has three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Michael Alphonso, Vincent Bruce, Frank Edward and Leticia.
