Noah Frank Hooper

Noah Frank was born in August 1855. Noah Frank's father is William N. Hooper and his mother is Elizabeth Asbell. His maternal grandparents were Thomas Asbell and Sarah Sally Hulen. He had five brothers and five sisters, named John Riley, Miles T., William H., Milton C., Allan G., Sarah Ellen, Mary Alice, Clara A., Ivy G. and Olivia M..
