Evert was born about 1739.  Evert's father was Jan Pieterzn Zeeman and his mother was Neeltje Aris.  His paternal grandparents were Pieter Zeeman and Vrouw / Moeder; his maternal grandparents were Aris and Vrouw / Moeder. He had three brothers and a sister, named Aris, Aris, Jacob and Guurtje.  He was the second oldest of the five children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Pieter and Trijntje.  He died on March 4th, 1824 in Noord-Scharwoude.1
