Adam was born on February 26th, 1958 at Upstate University Hospital.  Adam's father is Massimo Malone IV and his mother is Dina Forrester.  His maternal grandparents were John Douglas and Ann Douglas.  Sergio DiMera and Priscilla DiMera were his grandparents through his father's adoption. He had six half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Jonah, Marco, Miles, Romeo, Calvin, Trent, Adriana and Allison.  He was adopted by Steven Forrester.
