Romeo was born on February 28th, 1974 at Upstate University Hospital.  Romeo's father is Dante DiMera and his mother is Dina Forrester.  His paternal grandparents were Sergio DiMera and Priscilla DiMera; his maternal grandparents were John Douglas and Ann Douglas. He had six half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Ethan, Chad, Adam, Miles, Calvin, Trent, Amelia, Solange, Anjelica and Allison.  He was adopted by Steven Forrester.
