Millicent WIGNEY

Millicent was born on January 11th, 1874 in Penola, SA.¹   Millicent's father was William WIGNEY and his mother was Martha CLEE. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Arthur, Walter, Alfred, Flora, Louisa, Laura and Helen.  He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.
