Arthur WIGNEY

Arthur was born on November 30th, 1867 in Penola Station, SA.¹   Arthur's father was William WIGNEY and his mother was Martha CLEE. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Millicent, Walter, Alfred, Flora, Louisa, Laura and Helen.  He was the oldest of the eight children.
