George S SWINEY

George was born in 1846 in Bethnal Green, London, England and his baptism took place on May 9th, 1847 in Shoreditch, Middlesex, England.^1 2

George's father was William SWINEY and his mother was Charlotte PULLEN.  His paternal grandparents were Valentine SWINEY and <Unknown>. He had three brothers and a sister, named William, Thomas, Samuel and Anne.  He was the youngest of the five children. He had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Richard, John, Henry, Emma, Mary Ann and Elizabeth.  He died at the age of 63 in 1909 in Maitland West, NSW.³
