Edward Hurtle CATCHLOVE

Edward was born on May 3rd, 1885 in Yongala, SA.¹   Edward's father was Edward Napoleon Bonaparte CATCHLOVE and his mother was Eliza Jane ROBERTS.  His paternal grandparents were Henry CATCHLOVE and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were William ROBERTS and Eliza RIPPER. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named Henry, Charles, Ernest, Albert, Francis, Lionel, Cecil, Roy, Emily, Emma and Elsie.  He was the fourth oldest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 70 on January 29th, 1956 in Maylands, Adelaide, SA.  The funeral took place on October 31st, 1956 in Centennial Park Cemetery, Pasadena, SA.^2 2
