William BOWELS

William was born on July 22nd, 1895 in Windsor, SA.¹   William's father was Edward Thomas BOWELS and his mother was Emmilean ASHBY.  His paternal grandparents were Edward BOWELS and Lavinia JURY. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Edward, Harold, Lillian, Dorathy and Margery.  He was the third oldest of the six children.
