Male Amos Austin

Amos was born on October 16th, 1774 in Cockshutt, Ellesmere, Shropshire, England.1   Amos' father was Amos Austin and his mother is Martha Kynaston.  His paternal grandparents are Amos Austin and Mary Kerry; his maternal grandfather is Richard Kynaston and his maternal grandmother was Susanna Jones. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Arthur, Charles, Beatrice, Elizabeth, Mary and Martha.  He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 83 in June 1858 in Oswestry, Shropshire, England.2 

Amos' family with Anne Wilkinson

Amos and Anne were married in a religious ceremony on June 23rd, 1800 in Ellesmere, Shropshire, England.1   They had seven sons and three daughters, named Samuel, Charles, Arthur, Thomas, Robert, William, Joseph, Martha, Hannah and Sarah.
