Frank KILLEEN

Frank was born on August 25th, 1872 in Dubuque, Iowa.¹ Frank's father was Patrick KILLEEN and his mother was Katherine GILMORE. His paternal grandfather is Edward KILLEEN and his paternal grandmother was Margret UNKNOWN; his maternal grandfather was Patrick GILMORE and his maternal grandmother is BRIDGET. He had six brothers and three sisters, named John, Edward, Michael, Thomas, Patrick Henery, James L., Thomas, Ellen (Nellie) and Katherine. He was the second youngest of the ten children. He had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named John, Michael, Patrick Henery, James L. and Katherine. He died at the age of 89 on October 25th, 1961 in Westside, Iowa, USA. He was buried on October 28th, 1961 in St. John's Cemetery, Arcadia, Iowa.¹¹

‌Frank and Josephine were married in a religious ceremony on February 22nd, 1906 in St. Ann's Catholic Church, Vail, Iowa.² They had five sons and a daughter, named Arnold, Melvin Earl, Loren Gilmore, Eldore Thomas, Charles Leslie and Laverna Patricia.
