William Frances was born on October 16th, 1886 in Arcadia, Carroll County, Iowa.1   William Frances' father was Richard P KENNY and his mother was Eliza LOVELY.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas KENNY and Elenor PURCELL; his maternal grandparents were Edward LOVELY and Bridget DONNELLY. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Thomas Francis, William, Richard Lawrence, Edward Joseph, Micheal James, Mary Ann, Ellen G, Bridget and Elizabeth.  He was the youngest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 66 on February 3rd, 1953 in Omaha,  Douglas,  Nebraska.  He was buried in Hoily Sepulcher, Omaha.

‌William Frances and Nellie were married in a religious ceremony on June 11th, 1908 in Omaha, Douglas Co. NE.1   They had a son and a daughter, named James and Bernice.
