Ellen (Ella) KENNY 
Ellen (Ella) was born on July 20th, 1880 in Nasawaupe, Door County, Wisconsin.1 Ellen (Ella)'s father was Edward KENNY and her mother was Mary Ann MULVIHILL. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas KENNY and Elenor PURCELL; her maternal grandparents were John MULVIHILL and Bridget MULANE. She had five brothers and five sisters, named John, Thomas, Stephen, Joseph Edward P, Edward Gregory, Mary A., Genevieve (Eva), Bridget (Birdie), Grace and Julia. She had a half-sister named Genevieve K.. She died at the age of 82 on October 28th, 1962 in Green Bay, WI. She was buried on October 31st, 1962 in Holy Name of Mary Cemetery, Maplewood, WI.2 2 General Notes
In 1920, at age 39, she was single. She remained unmarried, according to Jeanette Gillick
On 1900 census, her occupation was servant.
From the Door County Advocate on October 30, 1962 - Ella Kenny:
Miss Ella Kenny, 206 N. Hudson Ave. died Sunday at a Green Bay Hospital. The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Kenny, she was born in Nasewapee.
Survivors include two sisters. Mrs. Edward (Mary) Moeller of Sturgeon Bay and Mrs. Grace Davis of Indiana, Pa.
Funeral services will be held at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday from the Stoneman funeral home and at 9:30 from Corpus Christi Church the Rev. John P. Baum officiating.
Burial will be in the Holy Name of Mary Cemetery at Maplewood.
Darrel Schaefer told me she was a seamstress. and she brought up all her siblings after her mother died. He said it might be the reason she never married, because she was so busy with the family.
Later, Ella and Joe lived together and were both single.
