Pal Saheb's father was Mr Ramashraya Prasad Sinha and his mother was Mrs Saraswati Devi (Daughter). His maternal grandparents are Mr Ishwar Dayal (son) and Mrs W/o Ishwar dayal. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Lal Saheb, Mohini, Avinash, Bachchi, Snehlata, Pushpa and Usha.
