Zilda de Barros Rezende 
Zilda's father was Renato Monteiro de Barros and her mother was Carmen Cortes de Barros. Her paternal grandparents were Aurélio de Souza Monteiro de Barros and Francisca (Chiquinha) Domingues Monteiro de Barros. She has four brothers and five sisters, named Milton, Renato, Nelson, Aurélio, Nely, Ilka, Olga, Clarisse and Alice.
They have two sons named Luiz Paulo and Geraldo.
