They had six sons and seven daughters, named Luiz, Júlio César, José, Joaquim, Aurélio, Alberto, Alice, Maria Clara, Cornélia Júlia, Rita Clara, Emiliana, Alda Eugênia and Hermínea.

José was born on October 29th, 1876 in Pirai, RJ (Brazil). He died at the age of 49 on December 18th, 1925 on Rio de Janeiro, (Brazil).
