George Vincent was born on June 16th, 1876 in 2 North Glouster Place, Dublin, Ireland.1   George Vincent's father was William Frederick Taplin and his mother was Margaret Guthrie.  His paternal grandparents were William Taplin and Harriette Hawkins; his maternal grandfather is William Barrie and his maternal grandmother was Elizabeth Wilson. He had a brother and three sisters, named William, Elizabeth, Henrietta and Alice Maud.  He was the third oldest of the five children.  He died at the age of 39 in December 1915 in Warwickshire, United Kingdom.1
