Edward Hodgskinson 
Edward was born in 1898 in Poulton-Le-Fylde, Lancashire, England. Edward's father was Joseph Hodgskinson and his mother was Sarah Blackburn. His maternal grandparents were Edward Blackburn and Mary Hastwell. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, John, Mary, Annie, Alice, Elizabeth and Margaret. He was the second youngest of the eight children.-
