Thomas Girdlestone 
Thomas was born in 1640 in Thornage, Norfolk, England. Thomas' father was Thomas Girdlestone and his mother was Elizabeth Pyle. His paternal grandparents were Richard Girdlestone and Elizabeth Unknown. He had three brothers and a sister, named Richard, James, John and John. He was the second oldest of the five children.
