Isaac Shoolbread was born on March 31st, 1872 in Leslie, Fife, Scotland. Isaac Shoolbread's father was Alexander Barclay and his mother was Elizabeth Beath. His paternal grandparents were Alexander Barclay and Margaret Alexander; his maternal grandparents were Andrew Beath and Anne Stirling. He had eight brothers and a sister, named Alexander, Andrew, George, John Beath, William, David Beath, David, Robert Baxter and Anne Stirling. He was the third youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 78 on September 17th, 1950 in Leslie, Fife, Scotland. He was buried in Leslie Kirkyard, Leslie, Fife, Scotland.-
