Philip B Balmer 
Philip B was born on November 15th, 1838 in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.1 Philip B's father was James Balmer and his mother was Elizabeth Barnard. His paternal grandparents were John Balmer and Elizabeth Unknown. He had four brothers and two sisters, named James Bernard, William George (S-O James), George Hawks, Frederick (S-O James), Emma and Selina Bernard (Barnard). He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 76 on January 24th, 1915 in Bracebridge, Ontario.1 -
