Percy Albert Balmer 
Percy Albert was born on February 3rd, 1872 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Percy Albert's father was William George (S-O James) Balmer and his mother was Emily Turner. His paternal grandparents were James Balmer and Elizabeth Barnard. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named George John Walker, Henry Alfred, Charles Maurice, Frederick William, Sydney Edward, Walter Stanley, Ernest Reginald, Emily Elizabeth Ann and Fanny Sarah. He was the fifth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 90 in 1962 in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia.-
