Janet Alexander

Janet was born on March 21st, 1800 in Penicuik, Midlothian, Scotland.  Janet's father was James Alexander and her mother was Mary Johnston. She had six brothers and a sister, named James, John, Robert, Alexander, John, William and Mary.  She was the second youngest of the eight children.
