Perry was born on February 11th, 1905 in Hecla, PA.1  Perry's father was Perry Moses Whitehair and his mother is Lillian Shaffer (Whitehair).  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 53 on October 11th, 1958 in Ambridge, Pennsylvania, USA.1

Perry and Ethel were married in a religious & civil ceremony on January 7th, 1927 in Uniontown, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, USA.1   They had four sons and a daughter, named Perry, Kenneth, Glenn, Jason and Lois.
