Allie was born on February 22nd, 1921 in Normalville, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, USA.1   Allie's father was Roy Porterfield and her mother was Colona M Rose (Porterfield).  Her maternal grandparents were Charles H Rose Sr. and Alcestia Pirl Ritenour (Rose). She had three brothers and a sister, named Living, Living, Living and Living.  She died at the age of 70 on August 27th, 1991 in Canonsburg.  She was buried on August 30th, 1991 at the Normalville Cemetery, Fayette County, Pennsylvania.1 1 

Allie's family

Allie and J. R. were married in a religious & civil ceremony on January 24th, 1939 in Connellsville, Fayette, Pennsylvania, USA.1  They had seven sons and nine daughters, named Dennis, Living, Living, Living, Living, Living, Living, Hazel, Living, Living, Living, Living, Living, Living, Living and Living.  The family line is yet to be completed.
