John was born on June 23rd, 1846 in Fayette County, Pennsylvania, USA.1   John's father was Jacob H Miller and his mother was Mary Harbaugh. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Ludwig, Samuel, Peter, James, Rosanna and Susanna.  He was the youngest of the seven known children.  He died at the age of 49 on August 12th, 1895 in Fayette County, Pennsylvania, USA.  He was buried at the Mount Zion Cem, Indian Head, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, USA.1 1 

John's first family

John and Sarah were married in a religious & civil ceremony in 1870 in Springfield township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, USA.1   They had two sons and five daughters, named Martin, Thomas, Lydia, Gabriel, Belle, Blanche and Hettie.


John's second family

John and Margaret were married in a religious & civil ceremony.1   They had three sons and three daughters, named Harry, Joseph, Jesse, Cora, Maude and Bertha.  The family line is yet to be completed.
