David was born in 1832.  David's father was Jacob Leichliter and his mother was Martha Williams (Leichliter).  His paternal grandparents were ? Leichliter and ? ? (Leichliter). He had a brother and two sisters, named F A, Jemima and Sarah.  He was the oldest of the four known children.  He died at the age of 80 in 1912.  He was buried in Hill Grove Cemetery, Connellsville, Fayette, Pennsylvania, USA.

David's family

David and Harriet were married in a religious & civil ceremony on August 19th, 1851.  The family line is yet to be completed.
